By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business, company or professional organisation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.Service packages and scope
Service packages, prices and deliverables are described on our website or in a written proposal, quotation, invoice or service agreement.
The exact scope of work may vary depending on the client's requirements. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or additional fee.
5.Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be listed as fixed package fees, starting prices or monthly retainer fees. Final pricing may depend on project scope, complexity, urgency and required deliverables.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased and confirmed.
6.Payments
Payment terms will be stated on the website, payment page, invoice or written proposal.
Payment may be required in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our website.
7.Delivery of services
Our services are delivered digitally and remotely unless otherwise agreed.
Deliverables may include consultation calls, written reports, PDF documents, research summaries, business recommendations, action plans, supplier or partner shortlists, strategy documents or other agreed materials.
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected package and project scope. Delivery timelines will be confirmed by email, proposal or written agreement where applicable.
Typical delivery timelines may include:
- Business Review Consultation: usually delivered within 1–5 business days after booking confirmation.
- Research or reporting packages: usually delivered within 5–15 business days depending on scope.
- Operations or strategy packages: usually delivered within 10–25 business days depending on scope.
- Monthly retainers: delivered on an ongoing basis according to the agreed monthly arrangement.
Delays may occur if the client does not provide required information, documents, access or feedback in a timely manner.
8.Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate, complete and timely information required for us to deliver the service.
The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables, providing feedback and making business decisions based on their own judgment.
We are not responsible for delays, incomplete work or reduced service quality caused by missing, inaccurate or delayed information from the client.
9.Cancellation policy
Clients may request cancellation by contacting support@globaldestinationlimited.biz.
If a service has not yet started, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, subject to any payment processing fees or administrative costs where applicable.
If work has already started, we may charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any refund will be assessed based on the stage of work, time spent and deliverables already prepared.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled according to the cancellation terms agreed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, monthly retainers require at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing date.
10.Refund policy
Refund requests must be sent to support@globaldestinationlimited.biz.
Refunds may be considered where:
- The service has not yet started;
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service;
- A duplicate payment was made in error;
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds may not be available where:
- The service has already been fully delivered;
- Work has already been completed or substantially completed;
- The client failed to provide required information;
- The client changed their mind after work had started;
- The client is dissatisfied with the outcome of business recommendations but the agreed service was delivered.
Consulting, research and advisory services involve professional judgment and analysis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, funding, approvals, partnerships, sales or market outcomes.
Approved refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
11.No guarantees
We aim to provide practical, professional and commercially useful business consulting and support services.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Specific business growth
- Revenue increases
- New clients or sales
- Funding or investment
- Banking or payment provider approval
- Legal, tax or regulatory outcomes
- Market entry success
- Supplier or partner acceptance
- Any specific commercial result
The client remains responsible for all final business decisions.
12.Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our templates, methods, know-how, internal processes and pre-existing materials.
Upon full payment, the client may use the final deliverables prepared specifically for them for their internal business purposes.
The client may not resell, redistribute, copy or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
13.Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential.
We may use client information only for the purpose of delivering services, managing the client relationship, complying with legal obligations and operating our business.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to us, independently developed or required to be disclosed by law.
14.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBAL DESTINATION LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or reputational damage.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
15.Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, upload malicious content or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may update, suspend or remove website content at any time without notice.
